  • Very tame and docile making them a popular snake. Biting is quite rare!
  • Sturdy & long lived (Over 15 years in captivity)
  • Requires a relatively simple setup, 48 x12.5" x 24" or larger
  • Reaches full adult size of typically 6-7 feet maximum in 3-4 years
  • Main staple diet of mice and rats is easily obtained
